the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) entered into force on 25.05.2018. It forms a uniform legal basis throughout Europe for data protection. We are very concerned about the protection of the privacy and data of our customers. Therefore we are working on a proper implementation of the GDPR (in German: DSGVO - Datenschutzgrundverordnung) continuously.
At the heart of the new European data protection system are information requirements every company is subject to. Among other things, this results in extended rights you have in relation to the processing of your personal data. Therefore we inform you hereby about our approach in data processing:
Personal data - in particular name, address, telephone number, bank details - that is necessary for the purpose of performing existing or emerging contractual relationships, is only collected on a legal basis. Furthermore, we will send you - by postal services or electronic means - information, offers, order confirmations, invoices or news regarding Promicron as well as further correspondence for the execution of business activities.

Rights of the data subject: Information, rectification and erasure, right to object
According to § 15 GDPR you are authorized to request information about your stored personal data at any time. As defined in § 17 GDPR you can always demand the rectification, erasure and closure of your individual personal data. Furthermore, you can make use of your right to object to modify or completely revoke the given declaration of consent with effect for the future at any time without giving reasons. The submitting of the objection is possible by mail, email or fax. Thereby no other costs than the mailing or transmission costs based on current rates occur.
